Non-HoF Autographs: Pat Borders

Pat Borders is a former big league catcher, World Series MVP, and current manager of the Williamsport Crosscutters. At a recent minor league game he was kind enough to autograph my ticket stub and add to my collection. Thanks Pat!

I have created this blog to document my quest to obtain an autograph from any inducted member of the Baseball Hall of Fame (as well as any other random baseball autographs that end up in my collection). Most autograph requests were originally sent by mail, however in the past few years I've shifted to index cards purchased from eBay sellers. If you have any questions or comments, please send them my way!

It can take time to hear back from Hall of Fame ballplayers, so this blog will also be used to showcase other baseball autographs in my collection.

Currently I have autographs from 71 out of 342 elected members of the Hall of Fame (22 obtained through the mail), which includes 39 who have passed on. Thus far I have also received 27 unsuccessful returns.
